I don’t care what Ben Whitehouse says, I like the new Cooper Union building. If it was right out on Astor Place, it might not work for me, but the way it is off on the side, like a bit of a Martian outpost in the city, intrigues me. I’m also starting to be OK with the Meier building on Grand Army Plaza, a building I actively hated for a while. Wonder if Tokyo changed me.
