Kaza, Spiti Valley. The place felt like an old frontier town, full of beat up jeeps and muddy streets. There were no other foreigners, as the closest pass was closed, the only way to get there was to take the long road up Spiti Valley. Only one guest house was open, overlooking the newer part of town here.
